  They are mostly fun games but as I've said in other reviews the energy drain has got to go. I also ran into a broken HOP on the Ghost Files 2 game. The last object to find is a coat hanger, which is nowhere to be found. Then you go to spend hints and it directs you to the lab icon. But when you click on that it tells you there is no use for it now. Worthless.

  Really fun game, really well made I enjoy playing alot...BUT...there is the massive downside of having to need 'energy' to keep playing which really hinders the experience, you really only get about 30-40 mins play time a day before having to wait untill the next day for your energy to build up which is a huge shame, really wish the developers would change that, even it's a small monthly subscription to remove the energy concept.

  I want so so bad to give 5 stars. This game is one of the best I've played in years, BUT I CANT CONTINUE TO PLAY WITHOUT BUYING "ENERGY"!!! It gives an option to get a morsel of energy by watching an ad, but you have to wait an hour between ads. I am a mom. I play in the little time before I fall asleep after my kids fall asleep. I don't want to wait to continue it tomorrow when it may be a week before I have time again for immersive game play, but Im not paying for energy constantly.

  I found this game challenging and fun to play. I even spent $ to buy the energy. I got a new phone for Christmas and when I opened the game to play, all my progress was gone. I had completed 3 storylines and had started my 4th. I lost all motivation to continue playing. I'm actively searching the play store looking for a similar game that saves progress.

  It would get 5 stars, because the game itself is great, but the energy it uses which then takes 24 hours to completely refill is ridiculous. Of course they want to make money so you can purchase gems or energy. But if you want people to play more then ease up on the energy levels it takes for simple tasks. I imagine a lot of people have this game but don't play it because of this.

  It's a really good game and the customer service is good when there is an issue but much like every one else is saying, the energy usage is frustrating. You can't see how much every you are using or have left to use and it takes forever to fill back up again. It's also annoying when you run out of keys as you can't get anymore without spending real money
